Breakfast grain food consists of grain as the raw material which is extruded, steamed, granulated, sheeted, dehydrated, baked, coated, dried and cooled before it is ready as a snack. It can also be swelled under one process into rings, particles or flakes. It may be served either with coffee or milk, or directly as leisure snacks and is very sweet and delicious.
